Working with proven professionals is of tremendous value when securing mortgage financing.  Over the past 29 years I have personally funded over $850 million in residential mortgage loans.  This gives me a working product knowledge of complicated transactions including jumbo loans, construction/permanent loans, first time homebuyers, lines of credit, multi-family properties and reverse mortgages.

 I have been in the Residential Mortgage Industry for 29 years, as both a Mortgage Banker and a Mortgage Broker.  I continually strive to increase my knowledge about the Mortgage Industry by obtaining a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist Designation (CMPS) and also completing the California Mortgage Banking Association’s “Future Leaders of America” program for 2010, in addition to annually attending Industry Conferences.  I am also a Shareholder, Vice President and Senior Loan Consultant with Comstock Mortgage. I am a Sacramento native, attending CSUS, earning my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management.
